If you allow, the Application may obtain your location information. We collect location information only with your explicit authorisation and for the purpose of providing location-related functionality (if any). You can turn off location permissions at any time in your device settings.
If the Application requires you to register for an account, we collect the registration information you provide, such as username, password, and email address.
For some specific features, you may need to provide other information voluntarily, such as feedback, problem reports, etc.
Ⅲ. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the functions and services of the Application for you, to ensure that the Application is compatible with your device and to optimise the user experience.
We analyse data and statistics to improve the performance and functionality of the Application. We analyse this data to identify application performance bottlenecks, optimise functional logic, and develop new features to improve the stability, compatibility and user experience of the Application.
Based on the scenarios and preferences of your use of the Application, we may send you notifications that are directly related to the Application, including but not limited to: reminders of updates to the version of the Application, guidelines on the use of features, and notifications on the status of services.
When you submit questions, feature suggestions or complaints through the in-app feedback channel, official email or other designated methods, we will collect the relevant information you provide, including but not limited to problem descriptions, screenshots, contact information (such as the email address you voluntarily provide), etc., which will be used to process your feedback only.
In order to improve the security of your use of the Application, protect your personal and property safety or that of other users or the public from being infringed upon, better prevent fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the rules of the relevant agreements of the Application, we may collect, use or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, as well as information obtained from our affiliates and partners. According to relevant laws and regulations, the collection of your information in the following cases does not require your authorised consent:
Related to national security, national defence security;

Necessary for academic research organisations to carry out statistical or academic research in the public interest and to de-identify the information contained in the results when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public;
Other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.
Ⅳ. How We Use COOKIES or Similar Technologies
We or our third-party partners may obtain and use your information through COOKIES or similar technologies and store such information as log information.

Please note, however, that if you deactivate COOKIES or similar technologies, we may not be able to provide you with the best possible experience with the Services, and certain Services may not function properly. Third-party service providers. In order to provide the services of this application, we may share your information with third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase, etc.). For the purposes of application performance monitoring, user behaviour analysis, and functional optimisation, we will share the relevant information we collect about you (such as device information, application usage data, etc., excluding sensitive information that can directly identify individuals) with Google Firebase. Google Firebase will process such information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We will require it to implement strict confidentiality measures and use the information solely within the scope of our authorisation.
(ii) Transfer
As we continue to grow our business, we may enter into mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company or organisation holding your information to continue to be bound by this statement, otherwise we will require that company or organisation to seek authorised consent from you again.
After obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your information to other parties.
(iii) Disclosure
We will only disclose your information in the following circumstances and only if we have taken industry standard security precautions:

According to the law, the sharing and transfer of information processed by de-identification and ensuring that the recipient of the data is unable to recover and re-identify the subject of the information does not belong to the external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of the information, and the preservation and processing of this kind of data will not need to be separately notified to you and obtain your consent.
Ⅵ. How We Store and Protect the Information
(i) Storage Location
The information we collect and generate during our operations is stored within the United States. If you use this application in other regions, your information may be transferred to Apple's servers in that region for processing and storage.
(ii) Storage Period
We store your information for the period necessary to provide you with the service. When you delete the Application or your account, we will delete or anonymise your information as required by applicable laws and regulations.
(iii) Protection of Information
We will adopt security measures that comply with industry standards, including the establishment of reasonable institutional norms and security technologies to prevent your information from unauthorised access to use and modification, and to avoid data damage or loss.
We manage and regulate the storage and use of information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data security development standards.
We only allow employees and partners who have a need to know such information to access your information, and have set up strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all persons who may have access to your information to fulfil their obligations of confidentiality. Failure to fulfil these obligations may result in legal liability or suspension of the relationship with us.
We take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no irrelevant information is collected.
The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and since it is impossible to be certain that communications with other users such as e-mail, instant messaging, social software or other service software are fully encrypted, we recommend that you use complex passwords when using such tools and take care to protect the security of your information.

You are able to access your information through the Application and complete or request us to make corrections, additions and deletions on your own according to how the corresponding information is managed. To the extent possible, we will use appropriate technical means or provide a contact channel for submitting requests to ensure that you can access, update and correct your information or other information provided when using this application.
When accessing, updating, correcting and deleting the foregoing information, we may require you to authenticate your identity in order to safeguard the security of the information. You have the right to file a complaint and report if you believe that our handling of personal information violates your legitimate rights and interests.

Your account may be cancelled or deleted in compliance with the agreed conditions of the user agreement of this application and relevant national laws and regulations. When the account is cancelled or deleted, all service information and data related to the account and under the single service will be deleted or processed in accordance with the service agreement of the single service, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
Ⅷ. How We Respond to DNT Signals
Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send "Do Not Track" signals to websites and other online services that you visit. When we receive a DNT signal from a visitor's browser, we do not change our practices because we do not track our visitors in order to provide targeted advertising.

Ⅹ. Protection of Minors
If you are a minor under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "Minor"), you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using the Application.
The Application is not designed for minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors, we will delete such information as soon as possible.

Payments made on the Site are done through official channels provided by Apple Inc. You will provide credit or debit card information directly to Apple, which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypt your credit/debit card information and authorise the payment. The information you provide is not controlled by us and is subject to Apple's own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Ⅻ. Notices and Revisions
We may revise this Statement from time to time in accordance with updates to laws and regulations, and business development. The revised Privacy Statement will be published in this application or on the Company's website. If you continue to use the Application, you are deemed to agree to the revised Privacy Statement.
We may make service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when we suspend a service due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related announcements that are not promotional in nature.
Finally, you are under a duty of confidentiality with respect to your account and password information. In any case, please take care to keep it properly.
ⅩⅢ. Application of Laws and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong. However, if you use this application in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands and other countries, in addition to other provisions of this Agreement, you should also comply with local laws and regulations, but dispute resolution to the Hong Kong law shall prevail.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Chengdu in accordance with its rules in effect at that time. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
